Meet The Staff

We have a family business atmosphere and our staff is part of that family.. We have one certified dental assistant with expanded duties. Our Hygienist is a Registered Dental Hygienist.

Curtis – Office Manager

Curtis is the guy who helps you with every aspect of your visit to Denise Anderson Dental.

Your basic sports junkie!  Follows the Bucs, Bolts, Bulls and his home town St, Louis Cardinals and Blues.  Loves to grill specializing in smoked cheeses, ice cream, cakes and any or foods laying around that looks like it needs a “tan”.  Loves to listen to the blues and play along with his harmonica.

Dental Hygienist

Jan Siegel has joined our team bringing with her a broad background from the dental and oral health world. Originally from North Carolina, Jan has lived in many areas of Florida since 1974. She enjoys learning about each patient and loves to discuss food and cooking, classic cars, and fishing. Married to a wonderful gentleman, Dave who also loves to cook, they share their lives with Wally the Boston Terrier. You may see the three of them tooling around the beaches in a red Miata convertible.

Beginning her dental career as a dental assistant, office manager and finally attending Tallahassee Community College, Jan has continued to learn and expand her dental knowledge and capabilities. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in medical management and her Master’s Degree in Dental Hygiene Education from the University of Tennessee. Maintenance of a Florida License includes Continuing Education, a process enjoyed by Jan.

Through the years involving dental hygiene, Jan has participated and served in many groups and organizations, American Dental Hygiene Association, Florida Dental Hygiene Association and local associations. She has participated in Oral Health Florida as a Board Member, A clinical director for Special Care Olympics, Oral Health Educator for Collier County Health Department, Hillsborough and Pinellas County oral health coalitions, and Florida’s outreach coordinator for DentaOuest.

With all of this creating who Jan is, her most satisfying position is helping improve the health of the people she meets. Making positive change a reality for patients is what motivates her. The ability to identify needs and offer suggestions for improvement is Jan’s motivation.

Dental Assistant

Kim has been with our practice  since 2012 and has been a dental assistant since 2000 with expanded duties.  This means she really knows her stuff.  A native Floridian she spends a lot of time outdoors with her family and friends.  If you think she looks familiar she is a former mermaid at Weekee Wachee.

She’s an animal lover and her household is kept lively with 3 dogs!
